League of Church Loyalty: after 10 years faithful service, Andrea Irvine is retiring from the position of organiser/secretary. We thank her for her warm hearted commitment and welcome Duncan Orr in her place.
It’s that time of year again. The gardens around the church are a beautiful sight at the moment and helpers are urgently needed to keep them looking that way. There is a Gardening Rota in the foyer – please add your name if you feel you can help.
7.00pm Evening Worship in the church led by Mr Orr.
Monday 7th April
7.30pm. in the Rosetta Hall ‘Strictly Come Dancing’: On every Monday in April you can learn to dance rumba, salsa, etc with Tony and Cath. Cost will be £3 to support work in Ethiopia. Come along and enjoy some exercise and good fun. Partners not mandatory!!
Wednesday 9th April
Lunch Club meets in the Rosetta Hall at 12.15pm for lunch at 12.30pm.
6.30pm Minister’s Office Hour.
7.30pm All members of Homegroups, Bible Study and any visitors will be welcome to enjoy an evening of fellowship, fun and a light supper in the Cairns Room.

Christian Aid Supporters Conference: this year we are hosting the spring conference here in Newtownbreda. Everyone interested in the work of Christian Aid is encouraged to come. Please see the poster on the notice board in the foyer for further details and speak to Fiona Doherty if you wish to attend.

7.30pm Autumn Fête Committee meeting in the Cairns Room.
Thursday 17th April
10.00am-12 noon: another collection of items for homeless immigrant workers under the umbrella of ‘Embrace’ in St Jude’s Hall, St Jude’s Crescent. A list of suitable items can be found on the foyer notice board.
Monday 28th April
8.00pm Downshire Ladies Choir will be giving a concert in the St John’s Hall. Tickets £7.00.
Sunday 11th May

6.15pm Musica rehearsal for evening worship in the foyer.
